Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fizul Islam LLC provides consulting, research guidance, and online business support services. Because our services involve time, research, preparation, and professional guidance, all purchases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation before work begins

Clients may request cancellation before a scheduled consultation or before service work has started. If work has not started, a refund may be approved.

Services already delivered or started

If the consultation has already occurred or service work has already begun, refunds may not be available.

How to request a refund
